I recently Googled: what is the greatest goat of all time. I didn’t get any search results that I was looking for. I was hoping to see a bunch of goat pictures and there would be a consensus around the greatest goat of all time.
I didn’t find anybody naming the greatest goat of all time, so I am going to do it. This is the greatest goat of all time. The G.G.O.A.T. if you will. I know, I know. I am not being serious. I had an encounter with a goat this week at a stateside safari. There were a bunch of goats running around and this made me think of the whole G.O.A.T. thing. Also, Tom Brady.
For those who have never been exposed to this before, G.O.A.T. (or The GOAT) is the designation typically given to an athlete. Tom Brady is often referred to as The GOAT and it is hard to argue his success over the past 20 years. Sports fans love to talk about the greatest of all time. Sometimes the debate happens about one sport or all of sports. There is never a “right” answer, just stimulating conversation. Unless the answer is Sidney Crosby: HE IS THE GOAT.
So, again, I am calling it. In terms of actual goats, this is the greatest of all time. I wanted to start the conversation and lead to some healthy debate. If you think you know of a better goat, let me know in the comments. I don’t know their name, but they are curious and have all of the goat troupes: horns, cloven hooves, fur, ears, smirk, and striking eyes.
